Hi, I’m Eddy, CEO & Founder at Corofy.
I fell in love with the real estate industry when I moved to New York from France. As a newcomer to the city, I was struck by the energy and excitement of the real estate market, and I was drawn to the fast-paced world of buying, selling, and renting properties.
I began my career in real estate as a recruiter at a small brokerage in New York, where I quickly learned the challenges of finding and retaining top talent in a competitive market. Despite these challenges, I was determined to make a difference and help my brokerage grow. Through hard work and strategic planning, I was able to grow the company’s headcount and revenue by over 250% in 18 months, and I was proud of the impact I had on the brokerage’s success. But I also realized that there were limitations to what I could accomplish through manual recruitment processes and traditional methods. Combining my passion for real estate with my expertise in recruiting, I set out to create a powerful platform that would revolutionize the way brokerages attract, hire, and retain top agents. Drawing on my own experiences as a recruiter, I designed the software to be user-friendly, data-driven, and focused on building strong relationships between brokers and agents.Today, I’m proud to say that Corofy is trusted by top real estate brokerages across New York City to drive success and growth in the ever-changing real estate market.
